Sam is a fourth generation Angelino. He was born and raised in Temple City. He attended Stanford University and Loyola Law School and is both a practicing attorney and real estate broker. Sam is hands-on in our transactions and prides himself on negotiations, home valuations, and vetting offers. His litigation background gives him a noticeable advantage as a tough negotiator.
